[ Recipe ] Post-Workout Snack - Peanut Butter and Banana Bagels


Crunchy peanut butter and banana on thin multi-grain bagels
Extremely easy to make, all you need is really what I just wrote out!

  • Thin Multigrain Bagels (mine are Dempster's)
  • Half a banana
  • Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • A toaster
Seriously the easiest snack after a good workout, have a whey protein shake on the side to complete your snack. Replenish all your energy and repair those muscle tissues after breaking a sweat. 
  1. Bagel in toaster - toast
  2. Peanut butter - spread
  3. Banana - cut and place
  4. Find good lighting - instagram
  5. DONE.
